Longboard Surf Contest Festival
August 13 - August 15, 2010
The Annual Oceanside Longboard Surfing Club Contest and Beach Festival includes participation from up to 18 different clubs. Competition will include a pro noseriding event and food and vendor booths. Takes place Friday and Sunday from 6am-6pm and Saturday from 6am-9pm at the Pier Ampitheater and South side of the Pier. Sponsored by the Oceanside Longboard Surfing Club.

Rods & Woodies Classic Car Show

The streets of downtown Encinitas will be rockin' and rollin' when the "Rods & Classic Cars on 101" cruise every third Thursday, June through September. Hot rods, classic cars and woodies will cruise down Highway 101 between D and I streets for one of the top classic and muscle car gatherings in San Diego County. This event is free to attend or exhibit your cool classic, custom, muscle, truck or street rod. Plan to come early and stay late!
