Terms and Conditions:

• You must have a confirmed reservation made on the Grand Pacific Palisades web site (www.grandpacificpalisades.com), for a stay at Grand Pacific Palisades Hotel located in Carlsbad, California. When multiple rates for the same hotel, reservation dates, and room type are displayed, you must reserve the lowest room rate to be eligible for the guarantee.
• If you find a lower publicly available room rate on a booking channel (except for "opaque" web sites) for the same accommodations (net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate), same dates of stay, same length of stay, same number of guests and same room type and available for purchase, within twenty-four (24) hours of booking your reservation, then fill out and submit a completed claim form.
• You must submit the claim form in the manner prescribed in the form. Claim form must be received within 24 hours of the time the original reservation was confirmed.
• When a claim form covers multiple nights, the room rates will be compared for each night separately.
• Once we verify the availability and eligibility of the lower rate, we'll match it, plus give you a $50 American Express® Gift Cheque. Gift Cheque will be sent to you the next business day after your stay, as reserved, is completed.

Our Best Rates Guarantee - DOES NOT APPLY to the following:

• Rates available on "opaque" or auction web sites where the hotel brand and specific hotel are not known until the booking is made. Examples of these types of sites includes but are not limited to Priceline.com, and Hotwire.com.
• Web sites that "package" travel, entertainment, hotel and/or food components such as airfare and hotel stay, hotel stay and car rental, hotel stay and restaurant voucher, etc. Examples of package web sites include but are not limited to Site 59 and Expedia.
• Discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public, including but not limited to the following rates: membership (e.g., AAA or AARP), corporate, government, promotional, unpublished, employee, offline wholesale/FIT, group or other specially negotiated rates.
