Nightly Rates: If staying multiple nights, the nightly rate reflects the total amount of your stay averaged over the length of your stay, excluding all taxes, fees and daily resort charge.

Daily Resort Charge: A $16 daily resort fee will be added to your room rate, which covers daily underground parking, entrance to our state-of-the-art fitness center, business center access, in-room high-speed Internet access, property wide wireless internet, access to the kids interactive water park, in-room coffee and tea, and daily newspaper (weekends upon request).

Taxes and Government Fees :  The room rate and daily resort fee are subject to governmental imposed taxes.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us more than 48 hours prior to your arrival date for hotel reservations and 7 days prior for Villa Suite reservations. If canceled less than 48 hours prior to your arrival date for hotel or 7 day prior for Villa Suites, your full first night’s room and tax will be forfeited.

Check-in Policy:  We will make every effort to accommodate you if you arrive prior to check in time. However, if your room is not ready you may check your luggage at the front desk and enjoy the on-site Karl Strauss Brewery Restaurant and all of our property amenities until your room becomes available.

Late Check-out Request: Late check-out will be granted based on availability on the day of departure.

Parking: Self parking is included in our daily resort fee.  Valet parking is $4 additional per night.

Smoking Policy: There is no smoking in the guest rooms, pool area or in the restaurant.  There are a few designated smoking areas on the property.
