

The Grand Terrace offers an ocean view ceremony site with a built in archway surrounded by a rose
garden. Maximum seating capacity is 200 guests. A ceremony fee does apply. Morning ceremonies
are at 9:30am and evening ceremonies are at 5:30pm. The ceremony fee includes:
- Folding white wedding chairs (maximum 200)
- An ocean view hotel room for wedding night when reception is held in the Grand Ballroom (check in is 3:00pm and check out is 12:00pm)
- Coordination of the wedding party for the ceremony

The Grand Pacific Ballroom offers mountain and ocean views, with an exterior wrap around
patio and outdoor lawn. The Ballroom offers a built in stage to either seat the wedding
party or for DJ or band usage. Maximum seating capacity in the Grand Ballroom is 200 guests.
A ballroom rental fee does apply please see pricing guide.

Karl Strauss is the exclusive food & beverage provider for the Grand Pacific Palisades Resort &
Hotel. No outside catering services or food & beverage may be brought into the Grand Pacific
Palisades banquet rooms. Due to Health Regulations, no leftover food is permitted to be taken
off the property. Food and Beverage prices are subject to change. Karl Strauss food and beverage
billing is separate than Grand Pacific Palisades billing.

The Catering Department will gladly accommodate a two-entrée selection for plated meals.
The follow will apply:
- An exact count of each entree is due the same time as your final guarantee.
- Please add $5.00 per person to offer two entrees.
- The client is responsible for providing one place card per guest indicating each guest's entrée selection.

Karl Strauss features Master Brewer Karl Strauss' superb handcrafted beers and a distinguished list
of wines and spirits. Please note that due to California State law, absolutely no outside alcoholic
beverages may be brought onto the premises. All guests must be able to produce a valid form of
identification verifying they are of legal age in order to consume any alcoholic beverages.
The Catering Department reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. The Catering
Department also reserves the right to implement a Wrist Band Policy for any function without prior
notification to the client. No alcoholic beverages may be served or consumed in the function rooms
after 1:30 a.m.

Event packages are in 5 hour increments. Morning times are 10:00am to 3:00pm. Evening hours are 6:00pm to
11:00pm. Extended hours are available for $500.00 per hour, all events must conclude by midnight. The room
is available for set-up one hour prior to your event start time.

We are pleased to offer classic white linens as well as a selection of assorted napkin colors. Specialty
linens are available, but are subject to additional rental fees.

Our staff can arrange party favors and place cards if requested; otherwise all decorations are the responsibility
of the client. Please note that glitter, confetti, birdseed, rice and open flames are not permitted on property.

A final guest count for your event is required 5 days prior to the event. If less than the guaranteed number
of guests attend the function, you will be charged for the original guaranteed number. If no guarantee is
given, the expected number of people will be the charged guarantee.

The hotel rental fees are due within two (2) weeks of receiving the contract. Thirty days after signing the
wedding contract, an additional $1,000 deposit is required to Karl Strauss. The food and beverage balance is
due to Karl Strauss 5 days prior to the event in the form of a cashier's check. A credit card must accompany
the final guarantee for potential overages. California Sales Tax and a 20% taxable service charge (subject to
change without notice) will be added to the total food and beverage bill.

We are pleased to offer additional services for an additional charge. Options include chair covers, stage removal,
audiovisual equipment for slideshow presentations and a larger dance floor. Please contact Conference Services or
the Catering department for fees and availability.

In addition to the menu package chosen, the following amenities apply to all weddings at the Grand Pacific Palisades:
- Round table seating including chairs
- Any additional skirted tables needed such as: cake table, gift table and DJ table
- Dance Floor including delivery, set-up and removal
- Complimentary champagne toast for all adults. Sparkling cider is available upon request
- Cake cutting and service to all guests (Wedding cakes are the responsibility of the client)
- 3 pre meal appetizers (please see list below)
- On-site Catering Manager available to help coordinate all your event day needs
- Complimentary parking is available in our underground parking structure. A parking fee does apply for all overnight guests
