Responsibilities: Performs & oversees all Front Desk and PBX functions as per standards set by the Front Office Manager. Job Title: NEW - Corporate Sales Representative

Responsibilities: SUMMARY

General Sales by personal contact, advertising, sales campaigns, trade shows, and any other sales tools.

Responsible for the peripheral details pertaining to these accounts. Track business and keep needed records pertaining thereto.

Job Title: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING

Responsibilities: Responsible for all cleaning operations in the Housekeeping Department, which includes planning, training, budgeting, staffing, purchasing, and auditing of housekeeping activities. Conducts inspections of all housekeeping assignments and responsibilities, makes weekly employee schedules, supervises, motivates, and disciplines employees, as needed. Also supervises laundry, Room Attendant, and Houseperson teams, oversees the monthly inventory and quality control of laundry services as well as control of the labor hours for departmental staff. Job Title: MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Job Title: ON-CALL MASSAGE THERAPIST (also masseur/masseuse)

Responsibilities: A massage therapist relaxes and treats people by manipulating their muscles and soft tissue The therapist will assess the clients needs as well as there physical condition and case history. The therapist will help in determining the best form of massage for the client needs and blend oils according, if needed. This position is for an independent On-Call Massage Therapist. You will be responsible for greeting guest, setup and break down of treatment room, following cleaning and sanitation policies, equipment and facility policy as well as retailing spa products.

Preferred Personal Attributes and Skills:

Massage therapists should have sound knowledge of body parts and functions, and a good "feel" for people’s needs. Massage therapists should be good listeners who can respect their patients’ privacy and gain their trust. It helps to be both gentle and strong. A lot of stamina is needed to be able to massage several patients in a day. HHP preferred but not required.
