Responsibilities: Coordinate Room Preventative Maintenance and Special Projects maintaining open and clear communication with all affected departments and directly reporting to Resort Manager. Coordinate and provide quality control with all projects completed by subcontractors as directed by Resort Manager. Maintenance Manager is responsible for all purchasing and authorization of payment of invoices for department. Provides guidance and execute procedures.
